1. Profiling

ReMerge allows profiling and selecting users in order to send them just the messages they really want to read. It has a database - owned by the client - within which to register the recipients.

User registration can be done by filling in the form of integration or, even more easily, by using the import feature, which lets you capture many lists of names selected from the corporate database or contact list of the e-mail program you use.

Profiling can be performed directly on the reMerge database or on your own.

 

2. Template and content

Research shows that you have 2 seconds to draw the attention of potential customers toward incoming messages in their mail box. If the email looks unprofessional, it is cancelled, or worse, labelled as spam.

Our designers will create a template to improve the rate of reading mail. A professional design increases the data points of your mails, communicates credibility. Most subscribers are forwarding email received at others. Anice and well done template is a great marketing tool. A properly designed mail exceeds a higher number of spam filters.


3. Enter message

Once you have defined the target, send your message with just one click, whether newsletters or SMS. Before that, it is possible to make a simulation or a test.

In this way you will have a useful preview to verify both the look and feel of the email and the correctness of the content. Also, you can check whether the selection indicated by the attributes of the fields in the company database is actually the one you sought. At this point, just click to send thousands of messages, either immediately or in deferred mode. In fact, you can prepare the statement and then set the system to make it start on a day and at a time set, even when you are not in.

4.Redemption

After sending your messages you can monitor the outcome of the expedition through the tracking of messages.

For each e-mail you have the group to whom the message was sent, the date of expedition and information regarding the email: If it has been read, how often, by whom...
For SMS you can make the monitoring historicizing messages based on the date of shipment.
